Our trusted friend with a background in real estate recommended we work with Laura Paullin. We were extremely wary of trusting such a huge financial and emotional decision to an unknown. Lucky for us, it turned out to be the best decision of the year. We immediately liked Laura. She is so smart, personable and she is completely in touch with the San Francisco real estate market. She is also a great listener and so after our first meeting we knew she really understood what was most important to us in a home. When we dug into the work of searching and looking at open homes here is what totally stood out about Laura: - Laura is incredibly connected in the SF real estate community. It seemed like she knew every listing agent we came across. We didn't learn how important this was until we were considering making an offer and we needed open communication with the listing agent. Her connections were key. -Laura's communication with us was amazing. She was always available to us by text or phone and she brought us to look at a lot properties so she could be available in real time to answer our questions. She also seamlessly communicated with our mortgage broker so when we were ready to make an offer every piece was in place and ready to go. -Laura's experience and knowledge of the SF real estate market and real estate in general is outstanding. Going through 30-50 page home disclosure packets and putting together a home offer is pretty intimidating. Laura was able to guide us and answer our questions every step of the way.
